At Foxy Pet Store, your satisfaction (and your pet's!) means everything to us. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right.

Returns We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items For health and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Pet food and treats
  • Supplements and vitamins
  • Opened or used hygiene products (shampoos, conditioners, ear cleaners, etc.)

How to Request a Return Email us at FoxyPetSupport@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges We only offer exchanges for damaged or defective items. If you'd like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
